That would still be host logic.

If more free, availability is serving public encounter.
If less, the project may still look warm, open, and beautifully accessible while quietly rebuilding invitation rituals, host prestige, and anti-welcome defensiveness around work that was supposed to remain public.
Availability matters.
It does not need to become invitation.
