Why this page exists
Implementation reveals things decision could not. Once action lands in bodies, schedules, responsibilities, and consequences, people discover new information, new strain, and new disagreement about what the move is actually doing.
That does not mean revision is fake. It means revision is now unavoidable. The pressure question is what revision gets used for: answerable correction, or a softer path back toward reversal without having to admit that the room is reopening the whole matter.
At that point unanimity can return disguised as prudence. The room may say it is merely staying adaptive, but what it is really asking for is one more cycle of convergence before any correction counts as legitimate and one more cycle after that before the correction can actually stand.
What reversal pressure does to revision
Reversal pressure makes every implementation problem feel like evidence against the decision itself. The first rough edge becomes a referendum. The first cost becomes a moral warning. The first correction becomes proof that action should never have started without deeper collective harmony.

What course-correction needs
Answerable revision needs a record of what was tried, what changed, and why the correction follows from what was learned rather than from a generalized return of nerves.
